Adult autism assessments, Memory assessments and Mental capacity assessmentsThe scope of an assessment, the fee and any report to be provided will be explained before an appointment is confirmed.2. Clinical assessments
An assessment is based on the information available to the clinician at the time.The outcome may include a clinical opinion, diagnosis where appropriate, recommendations and/or a written report, depending on the service booked.An assessment does not guarantee a particular diagnosis or outcome.3. Appointments
Appointments are arranged in advance.You will be provided with information about the date, time, location or online arrangements and any preparation required.Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.Our cancellation and refund arrangements will be communicated before an appointment is booked.4. Reports
Where a written report is included, it will normally be prepared following completion of the assessment and review of relevant information.Reports reflect the clinical information and evidence available at the time of assessment.Additional reports, letters or further clinical work may incur an additional fee.
